Client: Water, Steel and Air Salon

Audience: New and returning clients looking for a salon where they feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Challenge: To create a homepage that captures the welcoming atmosphere of the salon while encouraging visitors to book an appointment.

Tone: Warm, Relaxing, Reassuring

Strategy: I wanted the website to reflect the feeling of walking into the salon. Comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. Rather than leading with a list of services, I focused on the people, the atmosphere, and the experience to help visitors feel at ease before they book. Breaking the content into smaller sections also makes it easier to scan and keeps the focus on one idea at a time.

Client: Event Entertainment Company

Audience: Couples looking to hire an entertainment company for the event

Challenge: To update the wedding section of the website and have potential clients clicking through to book a meeting

Tone: Endearing, Sincere, Magical

Strategy: I chose to have four separate sections so the words on each part stand out more rather than having paragraphs to read. I wanted the focus to be as if speaking directly to the couple and how this day can be personalized to them. Also reinforcing that what is important to the couple is equally important to the company.
